No Questions Asked Money Back Policy

At DM Clothing you can shop with total peace of mind.
If you purchase virtually anything from us and you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back to us for your money back. No questions asked and no hard feelings. The one exception to this is we are unable to accept returns of briefs, thongs, bikini bottoms or strings due to health regulations.

To return an item to us for your money back:

Request a form by e-mail or contact form, complete the details and return the garment to DM Clothing, PO Box 769, SUNNYBANK, Qld, 4109. The following conditions must be met for DM Clothing to consider accepting the return:

Packaging
Tags must not be removed from the items as this will be deemed acceptance of the item and no refund will be issued.
Timing
The package must be postmarked within 14 days of you having received the goods for us to consider the return
Faulty Goods
DM Clothing will pay postage, only if the goods are being returned due to a manufacturing default. Items can be exchanged if the goods are faulty (stitching comes away, bra clasps come away / break etc), our faulty good policy is one based on a fair and reasonable usage basis over a sensible period of time and fair use, a replacement or a credit may be given. Management discretion will be applied in all cases.
Wrong Sizes
Items can be exchanged if the goods are the wrong size and / or a credit can be given. All returned items must be in perfect original condition, unworn and with the labels still attached. Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in the original packaging. DM Clothing reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used; items must not be soiled or have been washed in any way.
Payment of return postage
DM Clothing will refund the return postage in the event the item has a manufacturing fault. If the item is being returned due to the customer changing their mind for any other reason then the postage cost will not be refunded. Returns are to be sent standard registered mail as the costs incurred for returns sent by couriers or other means will not be refunded.
Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned, net of a restocking fee of $7.95 per item returned. If you received free delivery then the delivery cost will also be deducted
