AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, however we will gladly offer an exchange of size if you have changed your mind within 10 days of your purchase. Kindly note, DM Clothing requests that have been customised to your requirements are for final sale.

To exchange your purchase, your DM Clothing piece must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original & protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged in transit, not in its original condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

Please print off the Return Authorisation Form, fill it out with all details and include a return post satchel for our team to ship your new piece to you. You MUST include a pre-paid post satchel in with your returned item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For international customers, DM Clothing allows the same policy to apply but we allow up to fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for all overseas returns. Please print off the Return Authorisation Form, fill it out with all details for our team to ship your new piece to you.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & we will send you a PayPal invoice for $40 to return the new item to you.

Please notify us by e-mail once you have returned the item and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number. Without this tracking information, your return may be over-looked and fall outside of the accepted time frame for returns.

FAULTY ITEMS
Please note: Items that are damaged because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. All washing, laundering and fabric care instructions must be strictly followed as we are unable to assist if the item has been damaged in any way due to negligence on your part. Items damaged because of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you believe you have a faulty item, please e-mail info@dmclothing.com.au immediately for further instructions. We will endeavor to repair any faulty item or replace it with the same product, subject to availability. All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 1 day of receiving your goods.

UNFULFILLED ORDERS
We endeavor to maintain an up-to-date inventory of all items stocked in our warehouse however, in the unlikely event that an item you have purchased has sold out, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Please further note that DM Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, with proof of receipt, DM Clothing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged.
